Our Returns Policy lasts 14 days. We will not be able to offer a return if it has been 14 days since the date of your purchase. We offer returns for store credit and not refunds.


For all returns requests, you must email us at: with the Subject as “Returns”. Please state the reason of your request within your email. Once we have received the item(s) and approved your request, we will transfer your store credit onto your account, less the delivery costs.


Please note that we are not responsible for absorbing shipping costs for returns. Please package the product accordingly to ensure that it reaches us in the exact state that you received them.


Please ensure you retain any proof of purchase in case the products do not reach us due to courier reasons.


We will only consider a return if all 3 conditions have been met:

  1. The product is in its original packaging, unopened and in its original condition.
  2. We have received it within 14 days from your date of purchase.
  3. You have included proof of purchase (either from PayPal or SecurePay). 


We will not be able to accept any returns or refunds requests for:

  • products that have been opened.  
  • products that have been used.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



For any unforeseen circumstances where the products you receive arrive faulty or damaged, please capture an image of the damage within 24 hours and email the image to us at: stating the circumstance. This will allow us to follow up with the courier.

Please ship the faulty or damaged product to us within 7 days of receipt. If approved we will arrange a new dispatch of the exact product to you within 7 days, or add a Store Credit to your account. Please advise which one you prefer in the email.



Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for change of mind. If you have experienced a skin allergy from the use of our products, please email us at: stating the circumstance and we may either provide a Store Credit (including the postage cost) or offer an exchange.



If you have received an incorrect order, please email us within 24 hours at: with an image of the incorrect product in the original packaging. We will resend you the correct product within 7 days of approval.
