1) What is Organified Beauty Box?

Organified Beauty Box is a subscription based box that is delivered each quarter to your door. We currently have 3 versions: Starter Box, Luxury Box and Luxury Gift Box. We also stock individual full sized products for purchase at our online store.

 
2) How do I subscribe to your quarterly boxes?

You can visit our subscription page to purchase either our Starter Box or our Luxury Box, click on “Organify Me” and you’re on your way!

 
3) Do I need to be at home for my delivery?

No. If you are not at home, the delivery driver will leave a card to let you know to go to the nearest distribution centre to collect your beauty box.

 
4) How do I track my Organified Beauty Box?

You’re able to track the location of your Beauty Box is getting to you via Australia Post’s tracking site. Details will also be in your confirmation email from Australia Post.

 
5) When will my Organified Beauty Box be sent?

Your box will be sent on the last week of the prior month and the first week of the seasonal month and will shipped via Fastway/Australia Post. An email will be sent once dispatched and you will also be provided with a tracking number to follow the journey of your box prior to it’s arrival to you!

6) Will I know what’s in my Organified Beauty Box?

As part of our seasonal subscription box experience, expect to be surprised with amazing full and travel sized beauty and skincare products. We may even add an additional lifestyle product as a bonus surprise every now and then!

 
7) Is my Organified Beauty Box customised?

At this stage our boxes are not customised. All products and samples that are sent will
be suitable by all. Foundations and concealers will not be included in our boxes at this point in time. Our Luxury Gift Box will be personalised with a special gift card made to your loved one.

 
8)I love the sample, where can I purchase the full sized product?

You may purchase the full sized items here at our online shop.

 
9)What are the payment options?

We only accept payments via Paypal and SecurePay at this stage.

10) What is the difference between the Starter, Luxury and Gift Boxes?

​The Starter Box contains only 1 full sized product + 3 travel size / deluxe samples – perfect for those who are not familiar with Certified Organic beauty products and would like to test and sample a few. Our Luxury Box is not for the faint hearted! It’s equipped for all you Certified Organic Goddesses who already know that Certified Organic is the only way! Our Luxury Box comes with 1-3 full sized products + 3-5 travel size / deluxe samples. Both our Starter and Luxury boxes are delivered and billed quarterly, however you can cancel anytime, provided that it is before our billing date. Our Gift Box is the perfect gift for any Goddess out there that just can’t get enough of beauty and skincare products, especially if they’re into all things natural and organic! Our Gift Box also comes with your own personalised gift card with an option to include your own message to your loved one.

11) Do I get a complimentary accessory with each Organified Beauty Box?

The complimentary eco-friendly accessory only comes with our Gift Box to add that extra something special for your loved one. On the odd occasion we might surprise you with an additional eco-friendly and vegan accessory item in our Starter and Luxury boxes every now and then! How amazing is that?!

 
12) How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days within metro city areas. We use Australia Post as our preferred courier.

 
13)What if the products are damaged upon arrival in the Organified Beauty Box?

We take every possible care to ensure that your Organified Beauty Box arrives on your doorstep in perfect condition. Our boxes are encased with another box during shipment, with environmentally friendly packaging and fillers to ensure that your goods are protected. However, should your box or individual products be damaged during transit, please email us at: hello@organifiedbeautybox.com.au and we will assist.

 
14) Do you ship overseas?

Currently we do not ship overseas, however we will be shipping our goods to our overseas friends in the near future.

 
15) How do I change my personal details, including my address?

16) How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging in here, select subscription tab and click cancel my subscription.

 
GIFT BOX
 
1) Where do I insert personal details of my loved one that I’m gifting?

During the checkout, you are able to write your message in the “Note” section.


2) When will the box be shipped?

Your loved one’s Gift Box will be shipped within 48 hours of your order. You will also receive a confirmation email once you have made your order with all the details.


3) Why is the Gift Box more expensive than the Luxury Box?

The Gift Box is slightly dearer than the Luxury Box as we provide a personal gift card with your order.


4) What extra gift will come with the Gift Box?
Depending on the contents of our Luxury Box, the Gift Box will include an additional eco-friendly and vegan accessory that will be paired up with one of the skincare or makeup items perfectly!

 

SHIPPING


1) What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery is a flat rate of $10 within Australia. If you wish to take advantage of our free delivery offer, all you need to do is spend up to $100 or more on our individual products! How easy is that?!

 
2) What is the delivery time of my Organified Beauty Box?

Unfortunately we cannot provide an exact time of delivery for your boxes however you  will be able to track your order via the Australia Post website.

 
3) How can I track my Organified Beauty Box?
